Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin |
3 eggs |
4 teaspoons pumpkin spice |
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk |
1 cup sugar |
1 box yellow cake mix |
1/2 cup butter |
3/4 cup walnuts, chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix together pumpkin, eggs, spice, milk, and sugar. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. 2. Sprinkle dry cake mix on top. 3. Pour melted butter over top and then sprinkle with walnuts. 4. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes until set. Serve with ice cream or cool whip. |
