Only 4 ingredients! What could be easier! I have used pork tenderloin and boston butt, both cuts of meat com out well. Ingredients:
4 lbs boneless pork roast |
4 garlic cloves, minced |
1 onion, chopped |
12 ounces beer |
Directions:
1. Place pork in crock pot. 2. Top with garlic and onion. 3. Pour in beer. 4. Cook on low 9 to 10 hours until you can easily shred the roast with a fork. 5. Remove from crock pot and shred the meat removing as much of the fat as possible. |
