Easy Processor Devonshire Sauce |

This is a smooth dreamy, creamy quick DEVONSHIRE SAUCE to serve over fruit, and is especially good for brunch! Ingredients:
1 lemon |
1 3-1/2 ounce package of vanilla instant pudding mix |
2 3 ounce packages of quality cream cheese |
2 cups milk |
Directions:
1. Cut two 4 inch strips from lemon, and extract juice from lemon 2. Set aside 3. Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add lemon strips, top with cover and process 1 minute 4. Add 1 teaspoon instant pudding mix to processor bowl, process 1 minute or until lemon rind is finely chopped 5. Add cream cheese and process until smooth 6. Gradually pour milk and reserved lemon juice through food chute with processor running 7. Add remaining pudding mix, and process 1 minute 8. Chill sauce 9. Serve over fresh fruit 10. Makes 3 cups 11. NOTE: May make with 2 lemons, four 4 inch strips and juice from 2 lemons OR 12. May make WITHOUT lemons, and add a little vanilla or rum |
