I've had this recipe for so long I can't remember where it came from. It's easy to make, very moist and mmm good. Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups flour |
2 cups sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 cup margarine, softened |
1 cup sour cream |
3 eggs |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in large bowl with mixer at low speed. 2. Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes. 3. Pour into greased and floured Bundt or tube pan. 4. Bake at 325°F for 60-70minutes. 5. Cool upright 15 minutes. 6. Cool on rack completely. |
