I've had this recipe for so long I can't remember where it came from. It's easy to make, very moist and mmm good.
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup margarine, softened
1 cup sour cream
3 eggs
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in large bowl with mixer at low speed.
2. Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes.
3. Pour into greased and floured Bundt or tube pan.
4. Bake at 325°F for 60-70minutes.
5. Cool upright 15 minutes.
6. Cool on rack completely.
