A change from traditional scalloped potatoes. Ingredients:
1 bag diced hashbrown potatoes |
2 cans cream of mushroom or chicken soup |
2 cans diced green chillies |
250 ml sour cream (1cup) |
onion diced |
greated cheddar cheese - as much as you want. |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and put into a 8 1/2 by 14 baking dish. 2. Add extra cheese to top if desired. 3. Bake covered for approximately 1 hour. 4. Uncover and bake for remaining 30 to 45 minutes. 5. Awesome with Ham, Pork and even have used instead of mashed potatoes with Turkey. 6. Can be made ahead of time and frozen. Thaw before baking. |
