I JUST THREW THESE TOGETHER ONE DAY WHILE MAKING REGULAR PANCAKES. Ingredients:
1 medium potato shredded(i leave the skin on) |
any brand of complete pancake mix |
water |
oil to fry |
Directions:
1. IN MEDIUM BOWL PLACE SHREDDED POTATOES AND ADD 2. ABOUT A CUP OF PANCAKE MIX AND ENOUGH WATER TO MAKE 3. A THICK BATTER. 4. HEAT PAN ON MED-HIGH HEAT 5. ADD OIL 6. THEN ADD POTATO/PANCAKE MIXTURE TO PAN WITH LARGE 7. SPOON - FLATTEN OUT SLIGHTLY 8. LET BROWN ON FIRST SIDE THEN CAREFULLY FLIP OVER 9. BROWN ON OTHER SIDE-ABOUT 3 - 5 MINUTES PER SIDE 10. DON'T LET THEM BURN. 11. SERVE WITH BUTTER AND SYRUP OR ALSO GOOD WITH SOUR CREAM.ENJOY! |
