Quick and easy way to use less expensive cuts of pork. Serve over brown rice. Ingredients:
1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
2 (1 ounce) packages dry onion soup mix |
6 fluid ounces white wine |
5 pounds pork tenderloin tips |
Directions:
1. Stir mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and white wine together in a slow cooker; add pork tenderloin tips and stir to coat, making sure to separate the pieces of meat. 2. Cook on Low overnight to 8 hours. |
