This spicy dish will warm you up on a cold winter's night Ingredients:
1 can pinto beans |
1 can diced tomatoes |
2 jars 505 green chili (i use medium) |
2 tsp crushed garlic |
1 diced onion |
1.5 lb pork loin roast |
sour cream |
grated cheddar cheese |
tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. Drain and rinse beans. Combine all ingredients in Crock Pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hrs. 2. Remove pork and shred. Return pork to Crock pot. 3. Serve with sour cream, cheese and tortilla chips. |
