Easy Pork Chops

Great tasting pork chops. They have a lovely smokey flavor.
Ingredients:
4 extra thick pork chops (center cut- 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick)
1/2 cup less sodium soy sauce
pepper
Directions:
1. Marinate pork chops in soy sauce at least four hours.
2. Remove and place on broiler.
3. Sprinkle pepper on both sides (no salt as soy is quite salty).
4. Broil until nice and brown (6-8 minutes).
5. Turn and broil for another 6-8 minutes or until brown.
