A nice quick lunch idea or these can be cut into smaller portions to serve as an appetizer Ingredients:
4 pita breads |
1/2 cup garlic salad dressing or 1/2 cup onion mayonnaise |
1 1/3 cups shredded low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese |
1 small red onion, thinly sliced |
2 thinly sliced tomatoes |
Directions:
1. Spread pita breads with mayo. 2. Top with cheese, onion and tomatoes. 3. Place on a cookie sheet. 4. Bake at 400 degrees F for 12 to 14 minutes or until cheese is melted. |
