Easy Pistachio Bread With Maraschino Cherries |

Colorful bread made with a cake mix and pistachio pudding mix. Maraschino Cherries and green sugar crystals make it very festive! Ingredients:
one box yellow cake mix |
4 eggs |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
2 tbl water |
one (3 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix |
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup maraschino cherries, cut at least in half, i use scissors. |
mix together and set aside |
1 tsp cinnamon |
3 tbl green sugar crystals |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour two 9 x 5 inch loaf pans.
2. Mix together cake mix, eggs, oil, water, pudding mix, sour cream and cherries.
3. Spoon evenly about 1/2 full into each loaf pan.
4. Sprinkle 1/2 of the cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
5. Spoon rest of cake mix evenly into the two loaf pans
6. Sprinkle therest of the cinnamon sugar mixture on top
7. Lightly twirl a knife through the mixture one time
8. Bake for 45 minutes
9. Cool
10. Slice& enjoy
