This Icing goes great on my Mod's Mountian Dew Cake (Mod's Mountain Dew Cake (Rcdc)). Ingredients:
1 cup sugar |
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice |
3 tablespoons cornstarch |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, combine pineapple (with juice), sugar and corn starch. 2. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, until thick. 3. Remove from heat. 4. Ice cool cake. |
