Easy Pina Colada Sorbet

Found in Momma's hand written recipe box, she loved her coconut! Very easy frozen adult dessert.
Ingredients:
1 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple in juice, not syrup, frozen for at least 12 hours
3 tablespoons of dark rum (i've used capt morgan's spiced instead)
6 tablespoons of cream of coconut chilled (coco lopez)
Directions:
1. Place can of pineapple in hot water for about one minute.
2. Remove lid and pour any liquid into your food processor.
3. Turn upside down and remove the bottom lid.
4. Slide the fruit out and chop it up a bit.
5. Put in food processor with the rum of choice and the cream of coconut.
6. Process until smooth.
7. Serve at once or (preferred) transfer to a container and place in the freezer to meld for 12 hours.
8. Yield: total about 1 1/2 pints (3 cups)
9. Calories are approximate: 120 calories, 5 gram fat, 0 cholesterol, 2 mg. sodium, 1 gm protein, 15 gram carbohydrate
