This is how I make my pico de gallo. It's easy to make, and easy to add to! For a little punch, mince a Jalapeno or Serrano pepper and stir it in! Ingredients:
4 roma tomatoes, diced |
1 medium yellow onion, diced |
1 lime |
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped |
kosher salt, to taste |
Directions:
1. Combine the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and salt, as well as the juice from the lime. 2. Mix with a spoon till well combined. 3. Serve! |
