Excellent and easy. Servings depend on amounts of ingredients you use. Ingredients:
1/2 alfredo sauce |
1/2 tomato sauce |
salt, pepper & garlic to taste |
cooked chicken |
cooked broccoli (any vegetable you prefer) |
sliced red peppers or green pepper |
shredded cheddar cheese |
breadcrumbs |
parmesan cheese |
1 (16 ounce) package penne pasta, cooked & drained |
Directions:
1. Warm sauces, spices, chicken, peppers and broccoli in large fry pan. 2. Add cooked penne noodles and place in oven safe casserole dish. 3. Top with cheddar cheese, bread crumbs and parmesan. 4. Place in oven to brown bread crumbs, approximately 2 minutes. |
