1. Fill pan 1/2 to 2/3 full with coldest water. Eggs should have been refrigerated for a few days at least. With eggs in pan of water, bring to a full boil for 5 minutes. Cover and remove from heat. Set timer for 15 minutes for large eggs. After timer rings, drain eggs and sit in cold water. Repeat until eggs are completely cooled. |
