Ingredients:
1 (9 inch) pie crusts |
3 eggs |
2/3 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/3 cup butter, melted |
1 cup light corn syrup |
1 cup pecans (i use more) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375*. 2. Beat together all filling ingredients, except pecans. 3. Mix in the pecans. 4. Pour into pie crust. 5. Bake until set and crust is browned, 40-50 minutes . |
