I came up with this dip to make eating fruit a little more fun. This is quite tasty and you will want to eat the whole bowl! :) This little dip is also great because you don't have to wait to defrost your Cool Whip. I love it with strawberries but it could be great with apples, bananas, or any other fruit you prefer! Ingredients:
2 tablespoons reduced-fat peanut butter (i use jif) |
1 cup fat-free cool whip, frozen |
1 tablespoon nonfat milk |
1/4 teaspoon almond extract |
Directions:
1. Mix peanut butter with frozen Cool Whip. It will be a pretty thick mixture. 2. Add milk to thin out the mixture. It might seem like a lot of liquid at first, but don't worry! Keep mixing until it looks like a smooth peanut butter. 3. Add almond extract and mix well. 4. Serve with fruit! |
