Ingredients:
1 box(es) 18.25 oz yellow cake mix |
1/4 cup(s) brown sugar, packed |
1/4 cup(s) butter, softened |
1.25 cup(s) crunchy peanut butter |
2 piece(s) large eggs |
2 cup(s) milk chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. in mixing bowl, beat the dry cake mix, peanut butter, brown sugar, butter and eggs on medium speed until well-blended and smooth - stir in chocolate chips
3. drop onton ungreased cookie sheets
4. bake for 9-11 minutes - transfer to wire rack to cool
5. To make cookie bars: spray jelly roll pan with non-stick spray, spread cookie dough evenly in pan, bake about 20 minutes
