Easy and for peanutbutter lovers, -cake mix based cookies. These are really very delicious Ingredients:
1 pkg yellow cake mix |
1 cup crunchy peanutbutter |
1/2 cup canola |
2 tbs water |
2 eggs |
Directions:
1. Mix peanutbutter, oil, water and eggs together
2. Stir in cake mix well
3. Drop by heaping Tbs onto cookie sheet
4. Using a fork dipped in water, flatter cookies and make a crisscross pattern on them
5. Bake 350F about 12 mins.
6. Let cool 2 mins on pan before carefully removing
