Easy Pasta Primavera

I dont know where I got this recipe, but this is how I always make my primavera. It is really easy. You can also add veggies and meats, like chicken or ham.
Ingredients:
8 ounces pasta
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2-1 1/2 tablespoon flour
1 envelope vegetable soup mix
parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Cook pasta.
2. Stir together milk, soup mix, salt n pepper.
3. Melt butter in pan and add flour.
4. Add soup mixture.
5. Bring to a boil.
6. Then simmer for about 10 minutes or until veggies are cooked thru.
7. Toss with pasta.
8. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
