Easy 15 mn preparatio and 45 mn cooking Ingredients:
90 g desiccated coconut |
165 g caster sugar |
75 g flour |
4 eggs |
330 ml milk |
125 g butter |
125 ml passionfruit pulp |
1 tbsp lemon juice |
2 tbsp icing sugar |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to modertate and grease a 24cm pie dish 2. combine coconut, sugar and flour in a large jug 3. stir in combined egg, milk, butter, passiofruit and lemon juice 4. pour mixture into prepared dish 5. bake uncovered in moderate oven for 45mn 6. serve tart dusted with sifted icing sugar |
