So simple to make & so yummy to eat. Ingredients:
8oz. cream cheese; room temperature |
8oz. sharp chedder cheese (ex: kaukana); room temp. |
1 stick unsalted butter; room temp. |
ground nuts |
Directions:
1. Beat 1st 3 ingredients with mixer. 2. Chill in fridge 2 hrs. or until firm enough to roll. 3. Roll mixture into 1 large or 2 small balls. 4. Roll in ground nuts. 5. Refrigerate again til firm, 6. Serve with crackers. |
