Super quick and easy to make...always delicious with any meal. Ingredients:
1 cup melted butter |
8 ounces sour cream |
2 cups self-rising flour |
1 cup grated sharp cheese |
Directions:
1. Combine melted butter and sour cream. Mix in flour, blending well. Add cheese. 2. Drop by teaspoon or tablespoon into mini or regular size muffin tins. 3. Optional: Melt one-fourth cup additional butter and add garlic powder to it. Brush tops of biscuits after baking. 4. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. |
