Easy, quick, healthy side dish. Ingredients:
3/4 c. margarine |
salt & pepper |
2 sliced, fresh zucchini |
1/2 small, chopped onion |
1 can stewed tomatoes |
parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in pan and cook, covered over low heat until tender. Top with cheese before serving. |
