Only five ingredients, but plenty of flavor! Even my husband (who doesn't like fish that much) went back for seconds! Works well in low-carb diets. Ingredients:
3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese |
2 teaspoons paprika |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley |
4 -6 tilapia fillets |
salt and pepper |
olive oil |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F In a shallow dish, combine cheese, paprika and parsley and season with salt and pepper. 2. Drizzle fish with olive oil and dredge in the cheese mixture. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake until the fish is opaque in the thickest part, 10 to 12 minutes. |
