i was tryin to eat healthy while cleaning out the cupboards a little/ Ingredients:
1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt |
1/2 cup rice chex |
1 small banana, sliced |
6 blueberries (optional) |
1 strawberry, sliced (optional) |
Directions:
1. in any cup or bowl take 1/3 cup of yogurt then layer bananas and other fuit then put 1/3 cup yogurt in and then the cereal and then put the rest of the yogurt in top. enjoy! |
