Yummy and simple! Ingredients:
2 cups rice |
4 cups water |
3 packages chicken bouillon granules |
2 tablespoons good quality olive oil |
1 onion, chopped |
3 cloves garlic, crushed |
Directions:
1. Fry the onions and garlic in the oil until cooked. 2. Add the water, boullion, and rice and bring to a boil. 3. Once the mixture boils, stir it well and place in a 350 oven for 20-25 minutes. 4. Serve and enjoy! |
