                    I'm too lazy to fry chicken the traditional way Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1/4 cup butter flavor crisco  |  
                                                1 cup flour  |  
                                                2 teaspoons paprika or poultry seasoning  |  
                                                1 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon pepper  |  
                                                4 skin-on bone-in chicken breasts  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. 2. Melt Crisco in a 13” x 9” baking pan. 3. Combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper in a bag. 4. Shake chicken pieces, one at a time, in bag to coat with flour mixture. 5. Place chicken skin side down in baking pan. 6. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes. 7. Turn chicken. 8. Bake 30 minutes longer.                              |
