1 prprepared 9 inch tart shell |
1 cup quality orange marmalde |
3 to 4 top quality naval oranges |
2 tbs sugar |
3 tbs orange liquer |
Directions:
1. Melt marmalde, 2. Brush tart shell with some marmalde 3. Pour remaining marmalde in shell 4. Arrange peeled orange wedges in tart 5. sprinkle with sugar 6. Place under broiler to cramelize 7. Heat liquer and drizzle over tart 8. Seve 9. optional: dollop of whipped cream on the pieces |
