This is from an old issue of Australian Good Taste, only minimal ingredients which is why it caught my eye. I haven't tried it so let me know what you think! Ingredients:
200 g marmalade |
100 g butter |
300 g rolled oats |
100 g chopped nuts |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180.C. 2. Melt butter & marmalade together in a microwave safe bowl for approx 2 mins on high. 3. Stir in oats & nuts and press into a 20cm square lined & greased cake pan. 4. Bake for 35-40 mins or until golden. |
