Quick, easy and oh so good! Sometimes I also add cardamom and honey, so feel free to experiment! Ingredients:
3 cups flour |
1/3 cup sugar |
1/2 tablespoon salt |
2 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast |
1 2/3 cups warm water |
Directions:
1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add the water. 2. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan. Cover the dough with a tea towel and let rise for an hour. 3. Bake in a 400F oven for about 45 minutes. |
