This is an easy peach pie everyone will want the recipe. This recipe came from my grandmother and has been one of the family favorites Ingredients:
1 cup sugar |
2 heaping tbsp. cornstarch |
1 cup water |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach jell-o |
8-9 medium peaches |
1 graham cracker crust |
cool whip if desired |
Directions:
1. Cut up peaches and put in crust. 2. Cook sugar, cornstarch and water until clear. 3. Remove from heat and add Jell-o and dissolve. 4. Pour over cut up peaches in shell. 5. Refrigerate until set. 6. Top with cool whip if desired |
