Creamy, rich cheesecake with delicous results Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs |
6 tablespoons melted butter |
500 ml whipped cream |
1/2 cup sugar |
500 g cream cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix butter and crumbs, and press firmly on the bottem of 9x12 pan. 2. bake at 350F for 10 minutes. 3. Chill. 4. In a large bowl, mix whipped cream until it can support its own weight. 5. In a seperate bowl, mix sugar and cream cheese until smooth. 6. Mix together whipped cream and cream cheese mix. 7. Spread over cold crust. 8. Leave in fridge overnight for best results. 9. Eat it. |
