So easy and much better then store bought vinaigrette. Ingredients:
1 garlic clove, crushed |
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
6 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1 pinch dried parsley |
1 pinch dried thyme |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, garlic, mustard. 2. Slowly add the oil while whisking rapidly. 3. Add the parsley, thyme, salt and pepper, taste and adjust seasonings. |
