From my recipe files. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter |
1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary |
4 garlic cloves, minced |
3 cups fresh mushrooms, chopped |
1/4 cup fresh parsley |
3 tablespoons vegetable broth |
1 teaspoon cornstarch |
1 tablespoon whiskey |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, saute the rosemary and garlic in butter. 2. Add mushrooms and cook until juices run. 3. Add parsley. When mushrooms are tender, stir in stock and mix well before adding cornstarch. 4. Cook 1-2 minutes. Add whiskey and cook for 1 minute longer. |
