Open a couple of cans, stir, bake and yum! Ingredients:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter |
1 cup white rice |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can french onion soup |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) beef consomme soup |
1 cup canned mushroom (button ) |
1/2 teaspoon garlic |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Melt butter and pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. 2. Dump all other ingredients into the dish, and stir. 3. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour. |
