Easy Moist Delicious Apple Sheet Cake |

Most easy and delish, oil based moist cake. Flavors improve with age. Also freezes well. Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
4 tsp baking powder |
4 tsp cinnmaon |
2 tsp vanilla |
1/2 tsp salt |
4 eggs, fork beaten |
2 cups sugar |
1 cup vegetable oil |
5 medium apples, peeled, seeded and sliced |
whipped topping or whipped cream as garnish |
Directions:
1. Mix all dry ingredients except the sugar.
2. Beat eggs, oil , sugar and vanilla till smooth.
3. S tir in dry ingredients to blend well.
4. Fold in apples
5. Spread mixture in a greased 9 x 13 pan.
6. Bake in a preheated 350F oven till done, about 45 to 55 minutes.
7. Serve warm or cold.
8. Top each piece with whipped cream or topping.
