A delightful summer desert that doesn't require heating up the house with the oven. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese |
1 (8 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk, eagle brand |
1/3 cup lemon juice |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 graham cracker crust |
Directions:
1. Beat cheese until light and fluffy. 2. Add condensed milk, blend well. 3. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. 4. Pour into crust and chill until firm. 5. Top with canned pie filling or the fresh fruit of your choice. |
