Simple! Ingredients:
1/2 lb semisweet chocolate |
1/2 cup strong coffee |
3 tablespoons creme de cacao |
2 teaspoons instant coffee |
2 cups heavy cream |
1/2 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Break chocolate in small pieces and melt in a small saucepan with coffee. 2. Cool, then stir in creme de cacao and dry coffee. 3. Whip cream, add sugar and beat until mexture holds its shape. 4. Fold in chocolate and turn into 1 1/2 quart mold or souffle dish. 5. Cover securely with aluminum foil and freeze. |
