An old recipe thats easy to make. Ingredients:
2 cups self raising flour |
1 cup sugar |
6 tablespoons cocoa powder |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 1/2 cups milk |
1 egg |
90 g butter, melted |
2 teaspoons strawberry jam (or raspberry jam) |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix using an electric beater until well combined. 2. Pour in to a 20 cm square cake tin and bake for 45 minutes at 190C or until cooked. |
