Super Easy Granola Recipe
Ingredients:
3 cups oats
1/4 cup oil
3/4 cup honey
1/2 cup wheat germ
optional nuts
optional dried fruit
Directions:
1. Place oats, oil, honey, wheat germ and nuts in a microwave safe bowl.
2. Mix ingredients.
3. Microwave on high for 2 minutes and then stir.
4. Mircowave on high for 2 minutes and then stir,
5. Microwave on high for 2 minutes and then stir.
6. Microwave on high for 1 minute and then stir. Start checking for brownness. Continue to microwave for 1 minute and stiring until the granola is brown enough for you.
7. Place on a cookie sheet to cool.
8. Once cooled add in dried fruit.
