Quick & easy one-dish meal Ingredients:
1 bell pepper, chopped |
2 lbs velveeta mexican cheese, diced |
1 onion, chopped |
8 ounces egg noodles |
2 lbs ground beef |
1 (12 ounce) can tomato juice |
1 (14 ounce) can corn |
Directions:
1. Cook noodles as directed on package. 2. Brown ground beef. 3. Add onions and cook 2-3 minutes. 4. Add bell pepper and cook until onions translucent. 5. Add cheese and tomato juice. 6. Add cooked noodles, corn. 7. Heat until thoroughly warmed. |
