A friend shared this recipe with me probably 30 years ago. It is supper easy and fast with the Minute rice. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground meat |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1 (12 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained |
1 onion, chopped |
3/4 cup minute rice |
1 tablespoon chili powder |
Directions:
1. Brown ground meat with chopped onion. 2. Add the other ingredients, including rice. 3. Let this simmer for about 10-15 minutes, until rice is cooked. |
