Easy and quick-great for when your running behind. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
3/4 cup of uncooked oats |
2 eggs, beaten |
1/4 cup of chopped onion |
1 tablespoon salt |
1/4 tablespoon pepper |
1 cup tomato juice |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients and pack firmly into pan. 2. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. |
