I had these meatballs at a New Years Eve Party and LOVED them. Different...sweet...not spicy. A change from the typical barbque sauce. Ingredients:
frozen meatballs (about 64 appetizer size) |
1 can cranberry sauce |
1 cup ketchup |
3 tablespoons of brown sugar |
1 tablespoon of lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Place Meatballs in a crockpot 2. In a saucepan, combine the rest of the ingredients and heat them through to incorporate the cranberry sauce with the other ingredients 3. Pour the sauce over the meatballs and turn the crockpot on low. 4. Cook until meatballs are heated through. 5. I have also done this as a 1/2 recipe and cooked it all in a large saucepan. |
