I have not tried these meatballs. I'm posting this for safe keeping. Serve as a appetizer or as a main dish over rice. Ingredients:
24 frozen cooked italian meatballs, thawed (1oz size meatballs) |
1 cup barbecue sauce |
1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce |
Directions:
1. Place meatballs in a 3-quart microwave-safe dish; cover and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes or until heated through. 2. In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine the sauces; cover and heat on high for 2-3 minutes or until heated through. Pour over the meatballs; cover and microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
