Easy Meat Sauce for Spaghetti |

I've made many different spaghetti sauces over the years, and this one is my favorite recipe. It is super quick and easy, and tastes better than many I've made from scratch. I use either the Bertolli 5 Cheese sauce or the Classico 4 Cheese sauce as the base. I modified this from a recipe from my friend Carrie. Thanks Carrie! :) Ingredients:
1 lb ground meat |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
3 ounces shallots |
1 (24 ounce) jar premium cheese flavor spaghetti sauce |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can italian stewed tomatoes |
1 tablespoon oregano |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Brown ground meat with shallots and garlic. Drain. 2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for at least 10 minutes. |
