Easy Marvelous Pecan Chocolate Chip Pie |

Chocolaty. Marvelous. Rich. Ingredients:
extra quick version: use 1 refrigerated pie crust or |
1 flaky unbaked pie crust |
2 large eggs |
1/2 cup flour |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar |
1-1/2 sticks unsalted butter, melted and cooled |
1 cup (8 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips |
1 cup pecans, chopped and toasted |
Directions:
1. Place pie crust in a 9 inch pie plate
2. Fold edges under and flute
3. In large bowl, whisk eggs until just foamy
4. In another bowl, combine flour and sugars, whisking
5. Add this to the eggs, stirring unbil blended
6. Stir in the butter, chocolate chips and pecans
7. Pour into the pie crust
8. Bake at 325 degrees for about 50-60 minutes or until set
9. Nice with a dollop of whipped cream, creme fraiche, or vanila ice cream
