We had this for dinner the other night, and it was so good and so easy! We just sat on the deck enjoying ourselves while it cooked, got up and turned everything over halfway through, that was it! Would be great to have when company is over! Read more ! I don't measure, so, this is approximate. Prep time not including marinade time

**pork
pork tenderloin, 2.5 - 3 lbs
1/4 c worcestershire
4-5 t balsamic vinegar
1/4 c kikomans stir fry sauce (or terriyaki would work)
1 t honey
zest and juice from 1/2 lemon
1 t liquid smoke
splash orange juice
2 t chopped garlic
2 t onion, chopped small
2 t roasted red pepper, chopped small, (i used jarred)
1/4 t dry mustard
2 t parlsey
2 t olive oil
**veggies
2 yellow squash, sliced in 1/2 inch rounds
handful or two grape tomatoes
1 white or vidalia onion, chunked
1 red pepper, chunked
1/2 tub fresh mushrooms, quartered
6 stalks fresh asparagus, cut into thirds(or more, using tips only) *optional* use what you have or like. squash & zuchinni are really good here, and i've also omitted the green veggie when i didn't have one since the original posting...still make this all the time. : )
1/4 stick butter, melted
2 t chopped garlic
4-6 t worcestershire
1-2 t balsamic vinegar
seasoned salt/garlic pepper
aluminum foil
Directions:
1. LIGHT ONLY ONE SIDE OF GAS GRILL- MEDIUM
2. ** PORK
3. Prepare pork marinade
4. Place pork in large ziploc bag
5. Pour marindae over and let sit 4-6 hours, or overnight
6. Turn bag occasionally
7. 1/2 hour before grilling, set pork out to come up to room temp
8. Wrap tightly in foil (tenderloins are often in 2 pieces, wrap each individually)
9. Place over indirect heat on grill (top rack)
10. Cook about 20-25 miutes, until instant read thermometer says 160-165
11. Turn once, halfway through cook time
12. **VEGGIES**
13. PUT THE VEGGIES ON THE GRILL FIRST, depending on how done you like them, and what you are using...we usually cook them around 40-45 minutes over indirect heat...shorten that time with direct heat.
14. Take two large sections of foil, and place one horizontally on counter, the other vertically on top of it, forming a + sign
15. Spread veggies in center
16. Bring each side up
17. Prepare veggie sauce and pour over veggies
18. Season veggies with seasoned salt and garlic pepper
19. Wrap tightly with foil
20. Place packet on bottom portion of grill, over indirect heat
21. Cook until pork is done, turn one time, halfway through cooking
22. ***NOTE - be sure to always put the shiny side of the aluminum foil to the food, to help hold the heat in***
23. CAN ALSO ROAST IN OVEN IF NOT GRILLING WATHER! Place foil packs in roasting pan at 350 for 35-45 minutes.
